COLLABORATIONS

There's a lot that happens between a great idea and a finished manuscript, and every project is different. I create the process around my client and take up tasks as needed. As a ghostwriter, book whisperer, dialogue doctor, and story consultant, I've collaborated with celebrities and other extraordinary people on memoirs, fiction, narrative nonfiction, and screenplays. I've worked with Oscar, Tony, Grammy, Emmy, and Obie winners, political and corporate change agents, sports heroes, survivors, and just folks. Their books have earned critical praise, starred reviews, and six/seven-figure advances.

My goal is to help you clarify your message, elevate your voice, structure your story, and deliver a high quality manuscript on deadline with minimal drama. Cover credit is negotiable. Craft standards are ironclad.

My methods in brief:

  • Plot Whisper: a hands-on developmental brainstorm

  • Outline: bullet-proofing against false starts and scope creep

  • Deep Dive Research: thorough interviews, comp reading, and fact-checking

  • Weekly Chapter Exchange: a direct, disciplined  path to deadline

  • Live Table Read: a vital last pass for fine-tuned revisions

I welcome editorial involvement/input at every stage.

Contact my agent to see if I'm the right fit for your project.
